What's an EFT? (pre-authorized monthly subscription)
It’s an automatic monthly withdrawal in one’s bank account or credit card in accordance with a signed agreement between the client and the climbing gym.
What are the perks of an EFT?
Unllimited access to the facility. 10% discount on all climbing gear in our shop.
You can bring a friend for free once a month.
How to put an end to a EFT membership?
Simply drop by the gym to resign your contract with us.
Can I suspend my EFT? (ie put my membership on hold?)
You can pause your membership in either of theses circumstances: 1- You can’t climb due to an injury. To support your claim a medical evidence is required. 2- You’re going abroad for more than 3 weeks. A traveling proof is mandatory.
Please note that a 5$ fee will be charged either on your credit card or your account every month whilst your ETF is made inactive.
